CIMPA, an Airbus subsidiary, organises, together with the Institute for Configuration Management, on 27 June, 2006 a conference “Configuration Management in the Aerospace Industry" at Airbus, Hamburg-Finkenwerder. ICM and GfKM

The Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. It is best known for its’ Configuration Management II model, Configuration Management II training and certification programmes.

GfKM is the Home of Configuration Management II (CMII) in Europe. CMII is the de-facto standard for configuration management processes in the world. GfKM provides CMII training and services in Europe since 1998. More than 5,000 configuration managers in the world are CMII certified.
