announced it has signed a software and services agreement
to provide Bayer HealthCare’s US Consumer Care Division
with the Agile PLM solution. The Agile PLM solution was
selected for formula, label and pack management. The
Consumer Care Division of Bayer HealthCare is among the
largest marketers of over-the-counter (OTC) medications
and nutritional supplements in the world. Among its most
well-known brands are Bayer Aspirin®, Alka-Seltzer®, Alka-Seltzer

and One-A-Day®. The Agile PLM solution was selected to
help Bayer manage the data associated with new products,
