COMPASS Product Launch in South Africa
The COMPASS product launch in South Africa starts
on 19. July 2004. The company CADDMAN in South Africa,
which is Autodesks' biggest trade partner for
Mechanical solutions, now introduces the PDM system to
the South African market.

In South Africa, CADDMAN has been the
biggest Autodesk dealer for a decade, and as most of
their customers use CAD software the question came up
for the right PDM system, to meet the customers'
increasing requirements. They began their search in
the technical departments, which soon led them to the
internet pages of Autodesk, where they learned about
COMPASS. "This was in response to the increasing
demand from our customers for an integrated PDM
solution with Autodesk Inventor. After looking at
their requirements and how the various solutions
offered on the Autodesk site match these requirements,
COMPASS looked to offer the best overall solution",

functionality. These coupled with the fact that it
