EDS PLM Solutions today announced a reseller
agreement with Adobe Systems to deliver Adobe
document services with its world-leading
Teamcenter product lifecycle management
portfolio.
Based on Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader and PDF
(portable document format) technologies, Adobe
document services help organizations and
governments worldwide collaborate more
effectively and efficiently across the
extended enterprise. The Adobe Acrobat and PDF
integration advances Teamcenter’s strategy for
application-neutral collaboration,
complementing JT based Computer Aided Design
(CAD) Visualization and integration with the
Microsoft Office System.

with our Teamcenter products for years, but
with this agreement, we can deliver the
capabilities of Acrobat directly to our

the extended enterprise to reliably review and

Adobe document services include reliable
document generation, assembly, review and
markup capabilities. Teamcenter’s lifecycle
collaboration services allow PDF documents to
be managed and shared with customers, partners
and suppliers inside and outside the firewall.
Teamcenter users can review and add value to
PDF documents as they mature and evolve in the
course of the product lifecycle.
