The new module, adapted especially for SMARTEAM, helps ensure 24/7 uptime of the SMARTEAM system by instantly identifying system issues that can affect application services, processes, databases, jobs, or other components of the SMARTEAM environment. The module provides administrators and support personnel with a set of tools for resolving such system problems before they impact on application availability and performance.
