The Company had previously announced on July 20, 2000 that it had received notice that it was subject to delisting on September 14, 2000 because the bid price of the Company's common stock was below $1.00. The appeal will stay (delay) the delisting of the Company's common stock pending a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel's decision.
